How can I schedule an appointment with Helpee Home Care?

Appointments for services with Helpee Home Care can be scheduled through the Helpee Home Care website, mobile application, or by calling our official contact number.

When is my service request considered confirmed?

Your request for any service shall be considered confirmed only after you receive a booking confirmation from Helpee Home Care via SMS, email, or other official communication.

Does Helpee Home Care have the right to reject my service request?

Yes, Helpee Home Care reserves the right to accept or reject any service request at its discretion.

Customer Agreement & Responsibilities
What do I agree to when requesting services on behalf of a patient?

By requesting services on behalf of the patient, you agree to allow Helpee Home Care to provide healthcare or caregiving services at the patient's home or any other mutually agreed location.

What are my responsibilities as a customer?

You agree to: 1) Provide a safe, secure, and respectful environment for caregivers. 2) Ensure that caregivers are not harassed, abused, threatened, or troubled, either physically or emotionally. 3) Make all payments to Helpee Home Care as per agreed terms, without linking payment to service outcomes.

Does Helpee Home Care guarantee specific medical outcomes?

No, Helpee Home Care does not guarantee any recovery, cure, or specific outcome from the services provided.

What risks are associated with the services?

Services provided directly or through caregivers, affiliates, or partners of Helpee Home Care may involve risks of failure, adverse effects, injury, permanent disability, or mortality. You voluntarily undertake all responsibilities and risks associated with the service.

Data Privacy & Information
How does Helpee Home Care use patient data?

You authorize Helpee Home Care to collect, store, process, and use the patient's personal and medical information for service delivery and operational purposes.

Will my information be shared with third parties?

Helpee Home Care may share patient information with caregivers, affiliates, employees, or third parties without revealing patient identity, wherever necessary for service fulfillment.

What information am I required to provide?

You agree to provide accurate and complete personal and medical information, including but not limited to: Name, Mobile number, Date of birth, Gender, Weight, Medical history and condition relevant to the service.

What happens if I provide inaccurate information?

Failure to provide accurate information may result in service delays, service denial, or adverse consequences, for which Helpee Home Care shall not be liable.

Payments & Charges
Are service payments refundable?

Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Are service fees dependent on recovery or results?

No, service fees are not dependent on recovery, results, or outcomes.

Helpee Home Care accepts payments through the following modes

Helpee Home Care accepts payments through cash or online modes. Cash payments are payable directly at the time of service delivery. Online payments may be made using UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking, or any other digital payment methods made available by Helpee Home Care from time to time.

Service Terms & Liability
Can Helpee Home Care modify or discontinue services?

Yes, Helpee Home Care reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, pricing, or feature at any time without prior notice.

Under what circumstances can services be terminated?

Helpee Home Care may immediately terminate or suspend services at any time, for any reason, by notifying you through email, SMS, or other registered communication channels.

What is Helpee Home Care not liable for?

Helpee Home Care shall not be liable for: 1) Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 2) Medical complications arising due to incomplete or incorrect information. 3) Actions or omissions of caregivers beyond contractual scope.

Which laws govern these Terms & Conditions?

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and courts of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority over any disputes.
